can fat be burned without exercise?
I'm having a discussion with my friend. She thinks if you eat less calories than you burn during your normal day (by checking your BMR) you're still burning fat, but I say you store fat if you don't move around - you're just losing muscle (and therefore poundage). Who's right?

Insanity: calories burned?
Sorry if this is a dup subject, but does anyone know how many calories (roughly) the warm up series (3x) burns up? The series that includes the Heisman (sp) and mummy kicks? Thanks!

seriously, tummy fat.
crunches and sit ups are great and all, but they build muscle and I'd like to be slim before I tone it up. I do cardio every day I'm at the gym and I watch what I eat every day. any specific tips I could try?
