Just curious...
Has anyone had any improvement or weight loss by just following the MFP calculations (caloric intake/day etc.) and doing little to no exercise?

Sort of. Compared to what other people report, I consider what I do "little exercise". Three days a week I spend 20 minutes doing light weights, five days a week I spend ~20 minutes practicing my belly dance and/or yoga (I double up with the weight days). And one day a week I have my dance class, which amounts to about 50 minutes of actual moving around. I take one day off, but that's usually the day I do shopping and errands. The rest of my days, though, are spent behind a desk or in a car. Truly sedentary. I track my food, watch my water, and have lost 8 pounds in three weeks. The trick is, I don't expect to keep having this sort of success with this amount of input. I know I'm going to have to step it up eventually, in order to keep losing.0
