Hello guys. I have some weird questions. Haha! Someone out there who actually tried reverse dieting? Is it effective for you? How many calories do you increase every day? I am currently reading some articles about this reverse diet thing. And i think it's worth a try.

I'm new to myfitnesspal and i find this site really useful. :D for the last 3 years up until now i lost around 60+ lbs. I was 200+ lbs. And is now 136 something. Regardless of how long it takes.
