Do you usually take a walk, sit, or stand right after your meal? are there some effects? is it good or bad? lol

I find that eating a meal right before a jog on my stepper gives me the energy and motivation to work through it. c: HOWEVER....I also end up burping and farting a lot because of it. You win and lose some! lol

ETA: I've read that this is because exercising draws blood away from the stomach, which can lead to minor indigestion.

Depends on the meal.. If it's a full Sunday dinner I tend to need to lie down afterwards

Depends. I prefer to sit for a bit, then move around.

However, I do tend to have a light breakfast before a workout on the days I hit the gym straight from work.

I have 4 kids so I tend to stand and move around before, during, and after the meal. I prefer when I can sit and let my food settle then do a little workout but it doesn't happen that often.
