knees hurt
i had my 2nd kickbocing class yesterday. I train daily with the wii active 2, so used to using every muscle I've got, so today not feeling the aftermath of the kickboxing in the muscles anywhere, but I do feel terrible in the knees, could this be the kickboxing or am I just getting old? it feels like an acticulation…

muscle & body fat question
I tried a karate/kickboxing class on Saturday, was a killer work out! loved it Paid for it for days with soar calf muscles, I'm in so much pain, like if I never trained them before, but I do used them everyday, in my other routines, obviously not as much as I taught. outch!!! outch I hurt
How do you relax bruised muscle from a too intense work out? I'm on day 3, and it hurts real bad... It's my calf muscle, terrible to go up and down stairs, thus after a karate/kickboxing class. I did pre- post streathes help

30lbs LOST
Over the hiolidays I blew up, so big... that motivated me to start I started on January 15th 2011 and have lost 30lbs and counting... starter weight 198, actual weight 168, Goal weaight 145 here I come

Does anyone here do it?any taughts I've been doing the wii active, and I love it, Also have started this week the wii Gold's gym dancing, it's a great work out too Also tried the Zumba fitness. What do you recommend?
