    Its private :)
Sources though, are lean meats, supplements, bars, beans, tofu, and there's tiny amounts in your veggies and things you eat through out the day.

how about switching to greek yogurt? little bit more calories, but a lot more protein. You could also try some protein powder with milk or water for a good boost.

Usually to get myself where I want to be for protein, I have to try to incorporate a good amount of protein into most meals, which means less carbs. I noticed some days you had cereal, a couple of servings of crackers, and a few other carby type foods, I would try to replace some of those with a protein instead. Do you eat eggs? Maybe instead of crackers, have an egg on a some toast, you still get carbs, but you also get protein.

String cheese, cottage cheese, protein bars, I don't know what else right now. Believe me, I'm not saint, I have days where I eat tons of carbs and hardly any protein, but I try to be really conscious of it because I know the protein is what's going to keep me full and help me to lose weight. I don't eat a lot of meat, so I can have a really hard time getting to my goal everyday too!
