quick question, I'm wk-4 p90x, is it possible no double routines in wk-4, such as the ab ripper-x routine? I'm on day 2 is it just Core Synergistcs only does that sound right???

I must share, for all you who love the wii 'Just dance 3' is out and has ((((continuous random play)))))), compared to the 1 and 2 and summer edition you need to select each song and lagging in-between songs... I was doing punches yesterday, upper cuts, jabs and such and I've notice I have an respiratory reflex after each push (expiatory noise), this is new, is this something to worry about? I have no other symptoms

What BMI are you looking for?
Out of curiosity, what BMI are you looking for? I have no clue what would be best, mine at the moment is 23% Healthy for my height is according to MFP (107 to 145lbs) I'm at 133,8 now and probably looking to drop it to 125-130lbs, I wonder what my BMI will be then?

I have an f4t polar, how do you clean it, I've just been rincing it, can I add soap to it, my wk-out are real intense and it can be pretty icky, advice needed, sorry lost my manual. Also can I wet the entire thing or just the sides?

Protein question
I always take more protein daily then suggested by MFP, about 80 mg daily however I'm wondering how much I should have of it to be good with my work-out, I drink a 5mg post training, should I be taking more? At the gym, the owner said 10 would be good for me, help please. :drinker:
