I never even changed my weight setting on my HMR since I got it, changing it now...
One says my cals burned now could even less, we will see
so new question, what is the best HR for a wk-out for a 35year women?
I wk-out daily 45min -1h periods

Do you have hypertension?
If not, then between 60 to 75 maybe even 80% max heart rate. There's many tests to determine your max heart rate. One easy test gives you an IDEA of where it might be and that's 220-age. It does not account for size in heart and other genetic factors.0 -
