Bike Accessories
Does anyone know of any good methods or accessories to estimate calories and distance on a bike outdoors? I am going to be commuting by bike when the weather starts getting nice and I would like to see how far I go and how much I burn. Open to any suggestions. (Under $300 would be nice though....... Thank you tax return.)

Supper Help!!
Hi: I need a protein idea for supper tonight! It has to been prepped and cooked in under an hour and can not be grilled. (I also had chicken breast yesterday.) The sides are cauliflower and potato mash with a nice lovely garden salad. Any ideas would be awesome!!! Edit: Moving this to the Food and Nutrition. Oops
