Last 10 and losing my mojo
How can it be that I've been so motivated and on-it for the last seven months, lost 60+ pounds, and now that I'm in the last 10-13 pound range.. I can't get myself to kick it in to gear! I'm just kind of losing my momentum. Anyone else have this? Anyone figure out how to get past it? It's so bizarre but very true, I…

First NSV post - I can wear spandex!
I hit the 50 lbs lost mark a few weeks ago but couldn't think of anything to do to celebrate. Today in my workout class, I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I need to revamp my workout clothes (the college t-shirts and old faded saggy capris weren't cutting it anymore). When going to Sports Basement, I was daring…

Stress eating
Anyone else struggle with stress eating? I know it's psychological, and the fact that I'm aware of what I'm doing while it's happening is progress, but I'm looking for more. How do you handle changing this habit? Instead of reaching for some chocolate, do you do something else that helps?

Calorie burning for fitness classes like Bodyworks
A big part of my weight loss success has been attending classes at my neighborhood YMCA, like Bodyworks, Bodyworks Bosu, Bodypump, etc. I'm the type who needs to put the 6pm class on my calendar.. then I won't miss it. If I know I need to hit the elliptical tonight, somehow it gets pushed off and pushed off and I don't go.…

Nearing the 50 pounds lost mark! Any ideas for a celebration
Hard to believe I'm 1.1 pounds away from the 50 pound mark. I feel like I should celebrate in some way to myself.. but I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone had a particularly good personal celebration for a goal met? Any ideas?

Plateau on purpose?
It feels blasphemous to say this, but I think i need to slow down my weight loss. Since Feb 5, I've lost 42 pounds, and it seems too fast for me. I'm not in any rush to get the pounds off, I'd rather have them come off at a reasonable pace so my body can handle it and keep it long term. I exercise 4-5 times per week doing…

Confused about auto goal adjustment
I did a quick search for forum topics on this and didn't see much. I lost another 10 lbs, and MFP adjusted my goals. Originally, I went and customized them based on what my nutritionist wanted, but I've been doing so well that I hardly see the nutritionist anymore (maybe I should go back though..). So here's the confusion.…

Did I really screw this up?
Yesterday, for the first time since I started MFP on Feb 5, I had a splurge day. Easter was crazy with the candy and the heavy foods, I decided half way in that I just needed to go with the flow. Now I'm worried I've majorly backtracked. Is yesterday going to make me puff up badly, or if I stay on the course from today on,…
