On days that I feel like being lazy and not do my exercises, I would intentionally go over in my net calories so I'd be more likely to burn off those extra calories. Anyone else do this also?

How to input HRM calories as exercise?
I tried out my HRM yesterday for an hour while I am not doing anything (sitting down on couch, getting up once or twice). It shows that I burned 200 calories in that hour.
