Am I the only one?

On days that I feel like being lazy and not do my exercises, I would intentionally go over in my net calories so I'd be more likely to burn off those extra calories. Anyone else do this also?

The only time I every intentionally go over my calories is the times that I got stuck at a certain weight for mor than 2 or 3 weeks. I would go over on purpose for 1 day, then go right back to being strict. Being strict is my normal. I really have to try to go over and I don't like it.0

I haven't gone over my net calories yet by the end of the end of the day since I started MFP 9 weeks ago. I've done this few times where I go over my net by dinner time so I can force myself to do my exercises even if it's just a 20 min walk. I know myself that if I slack off 1 day, it's easier to slack off for 2 days and then so on.
It's good to know what I should do if I hit a plateau. How many times have your weight stalled in your weight loss journey?0 -
I kind of have the same mindset...if I eat something bad, I just know that I have to go exercise that off later when I'm exercising. It is a motivator for me to keep exercising, because I can be so lazy!0
