2 day training course & staying in hotel
Hi all I'm looking for some advice please. I'm going on a 2-day course tomorrow where breakfast and lunch will be provided. Tomorrow night I'm staying at a hotel so will be eating there. I hate that I won't really be able to track the calories that I eat. Has anyone got any tips for damage control this week? Thanks
