Hi all
I'm new to MFP and I'm looking for some tips to get started.
I'm 5ft11 and have been kidding myself over the last year that I'm not that unhealthy. I work full time and I'm currently studying for a doctorate so have piled on the pounds and using my busy schedule as an excuse :blushing: .
The realisation has hit this week - I'm going on holiday in a couple of weeks and none of my clothes from last year's holiday fit!
I'm ready to do something about it and I'm hoping that MFP can help. What are your top tips for getting started?
Thanks
Lomille
