Chicken and broccolI chinese
So I just got some chicken and broccoli takeout and asked for sauce on the side but they put it on it. I ordered a quart. I ate about half of the quart. The highest calorie per cup I could find on MFP is 325. I estimated 3 cups for 975 calories. Do you guys think this is sufficient to cover it?

Blah
So I started off a year or so ago I guess it has been now at around 225lbs. I am 5'6, so I was quite heavy. I am currently sitting at 159lbs for an estimated weight loss of 66lbs, yet I still can't seem to shake the feeling that I'm not doing enough. I still feel fat and that I am lazy and unmotivated. I absolutely hate…

40/30/30 question

I have been sticking to these ratios for the most part and it seems to have been working for me but I was wondering if this is an unhealthy way to be eating? I…
