Anyone have any suggestions on what to put on an egg sandwich to spice it up a bit? I'm trying to avoid mayo or cheese.

Bean burrito and ice water at taco Bell. Cheap. Decent calories.

I had some of their bars before. Very good but expensive.

Cheezits. God grant me defense against cheezits. They get me every time. For a "healthy" snack I just discovered Halo Top ice cream. Wow that stuff is good.

Good point. For some reason I never tried it as actual peanut butter. Lol

What do you guys use pb2 for other than to mix into smoothies etc or as I tend to use it to top vanilla ice cream?

I did A LOT of research on protein powders during my last weight loss journey and I came to the conclusion that the best protein powder money could buy was a brand called Jay Robb's. No sugar, sweetened by stevia, no fillers, high quality whey isolate protein from cows not treated with hormones and antibiotics etc. Here's…

Just wanted to update this post. I am still trying to get started. Had a good day yesterday but screwed it up with eating at midnight last night. I nee to get back on track. I am now 251 pounds. The heaviest I have been in a very long time. To think about how I was down to 120 and I am now back up to 251 is extremely…

I struggle with anxiety and depression. When I lost all my weight, it could be argued that I was obsessed to the point of an eating disorder. Then I had a complete breakdown, was all the way down to 120 pounds as a 5'6 Male and for the first time in my life I was uncomfortably skinny. When I went inpatient for my mental…

For the first time in my life I started having pain in my legs just from walking top the point where I felt like I needed to stop. This scares me a lot. I…

Thanks for all of your helpful and encouraging replies everyone. It really has made me realize that it's not over and I can keep going. I started changing some of my eating habits yesterday and also exercised a bit. Slow and steady I guess.

For about 2 years in high school I ate Mcdonalds breakfast consisting of 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins, 2 hashbrowns , and a large orange juice 5 days a week. How I wish I could take that back now.

I'd take the chain and use it as a rough estimate. ...or I'd give up and not track it and call it a day. Then I'd feel guilty and work out extra hard the next day to make sure it evened out.

I usually have Chobani Plain with either Stevia in the Raw or local honey mixed in. Depends on what I'm feeling like that day.

Only thing that comes to mind for me would be maybe an egg sandwich from subway where you can add all kind of good veggies to the sandwich.

Some of us enjoy maintaining our sanity with the occasional drink. Not to mention that 2 drinks per day for men and 1 drink per day for women has been proven to be beneficial to one's health. :)

It's called a cheat meal because it is no secret to any of us that the foods that are bad for us are often the foods that taste the best and we feel guilty about eating them. I am in a constant struggle with myself on whether I want to be in the absolute best shape I could possibly be in, or whether I want to maintain my…

I used Jay Robb's and as long as I mix it in a shaker bottle there are never any chunks at all. If I try to just mix it in a glass with a spoon there will be however.

I swear by Jay Robb's Whey Protein powder. Very low sugar/carbs. From cows treated humanely without hormones etc. Tastess great too. Sweetened with stevia.
