Chicken and broccolI chinese

So I just got some chicken and broccoli takeout and asked for sauce on the side but they put it on it. I ordered a quart.
I ate about half of the quart.
The highest calorie per cup I could find on MFP is 325. I estimated 3 cups for 975 calories. Do you guys think this is sufficient to cover it?

If you're just guessing at it, that'll have to do. Check your weight trend for the week and see if makes sense.0

Side answer: You may see the scale go up tomorrow.
Last time I ate chineese the sodium content killed my weight.
Drinking lots of water helps.1 -
I agree-that the sodium content is what is going to impact you.0

Even if you eat at your calorie limit, you can gain (temporary) water weight from high sodium meals. So don't worry if you see the scale go up tomorrow, that's all.0
