    lemon pepper and tapatio
  • When you eat them, how do you eat them? With salt? With some other seasoning?
I eat them whenever, usually in a pita with some spinach and hummus!

    Cut them in half lengthwise
Add 2-3 drops of soy sauce to each half
    A squirt of Sriracha sauce
And sprinkle with furikake (a Japanese seaweed seasoning)

SO. GOOD. Satisfies the salty, umami craving without many extra calories!

I mush them up, add a little mayo (light of course) and little mustard and use it as a dip for my veggies...fill a celery stalk with it....yummy!!!

That sounds yummy, will need to try

    With salt and pepper
    Deviled
    On a salad
    In tuna salad
    In egg salad
In random other places as I feel like it... like in a sandwich wrap

    Just like the above!

Cut it in half the long way, remove the yolk very carefully. Pour some vinegar in the little hole and put the yolk back on top. A small shake of salt and some pepper and put the whole half in your mouth.

    Yum.

So after reading this post, I was inspired to make some hard boiled eggs. I tried to make a mayo-free egg salad and it turned out ok...but then I found this recipe! Haven't tried it yet but it sounds fantastic!

Salt, pepper and some garlic cayenne sauce. If not that, then ketchup

I split the yolk 3 ways with my two dogs, then eat mine with freshly ground black pepper.

They're really nice grated over steamed asparagus with a little olive oil and lemon.

I'll scoop the yolk out and add a little hummus. Good stuff!
