What is your favorite non-scale vicoty as of today? I'm rockin' some really cute boots...have worn them all winter. I couldn't do that 66 pounds ago...couldn't find a pair to fit over my fat calves!

Down 65 Pounds!

Reached A Goal Today!!
As of today, I’ve lost 50 pounds! My 7 year-old grandson weighs 49 pounds…I can’t believe I’ve lost the equivalent of a small child! I’m so excited…hence the excessive punctuation!!!

A work in progress!
Almost (not quite) 40 pounds down...yay me! My non-scale victories are: feeling better, much more active ( Week 8, Day 2 of the C25K program!) and I've cute my BP meds in half!
