STATurday Week 2
It's STATurday time to write down your measurements on the calendar and stay motivated. I have to say mine are a little odd. So far over the 2 week period I've lost 1.2 pounds, lost 1 inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips, but gained 1/2 an inch in my chest. Which I'm not a large chested person so I'm so not complaining…

Double Day Friday (Week 2)

Week 2 Day 1 Cardio
Cardio was easier for me to get through today. I didn't have to go down to modifications until we were doing the jump squats and that was for no more than 10 seconds. Day 7 Week 1 STRETCH
Oh my goodness this felt great. I wasn't as stiff as I was the last couple of days but I think I might be incorporating this DVD on the days I'm stiff to help lengthen those muscles. I felt great and no stiffness at all after the Stretch.
