I'm 37 and have been doing well lately tracking everything but usually fall off the bandwagon in the summer and then start up again in the fall. Yes, I go back and forth and then usually stress eat over the holidays while I'm 'trying' to stay on track. Feel free to add me as a friend so we can motivate each other.

5/12 Had a meeting out of town so I went over on my goal, but considering I ate while traveling (4 hours driving and 9 hour training presentation) I did very well at 61 total carbs. My goal is 20-30 grams per day.

21grams of carbs today and down 1.4lbs since Monday! I'm feeling awesome!

I've seen cloud bread used as a pizza crust and just made it for the first time last night. It may work as a taco shell.

I had a hard time finding this thread yesterday. 5/8 total carbs 26 5/9 total carbs 30 Right in line with my goals!

I'm going to try to stay under 30-40 grams. My main focus will be my % of Carbs which I plan to keep under 10%. I would like to lose 10lbs in the next 30 days.

I was disappointed too that I signed up for the May Challenge and didn't see a spot to join or a notification. I like using MFP to track my progress but I'm liking my FB accountability groups so I see notifications and can view messages easily on my phone and on the computer.

Wow I have been off all week with traveling and mandatory overtime hours at one of my jobs. I gained this week! I will be stepping up again this week, getting back on track, and ending this challenge strong!

I love getting my kids involved. I gave my daughter (7 years old) a pedometer and we're having a competition to see who can get more steps in in a day. Kids are constantly on the go, but I've been giving her a run for her money. I also have balance balls for me and each of my girls, my younger daughter is 6. We watch TV…

I just sent reminders to my team members (Withering A Weigh) that had weigh in days the last 2 days and didn't post their weights. I'll also send reminders tomorrow to anyone that didn't weigh in and that's scheduled for Friday to remind them the weighs all need to be posted.

My goal is 2 lbs per week. I've set my goals for my net calories to be -500 each day and record the information in MFP. I record my steps and enter by calories burned from workouts from my heart rate monitor and record all my food. I'm trying to work on my macro percentages and eating more protein and fat than carbs but…
