Since starting exercise a few weeks ago, 3 weeks of jillian michaels 30 day shed and now im on day 4 of no more trouble zones, i am extremely sleepy during the day...i can barely keep my eyes open .... i thought exercise was supposed to make you feel better and have more energy? not make you wanna feel asleep at the dinner…
