for those that know there protien shakes

i would like to either buy isowhey complete or usn 100% whey protien but im not sure which one to get. i would like to have one for breakfast everyday and my body goal is to tone up with a little weightloss

    Save your money and eat something else for breakfast, Porridge and eggs, these will give you the same amount of protein for far less money. Better to eat your protein than drink it.

    Weight loss is done via calorie deficit, count your calories and you will loose weight.

    There is no such thing as toning muscles they grow or shrink.

    Grow them you need calorie surplus with weight training resistance to overload the muscle to stimulate growth.
