Wii Fit
Does anyone do anything on the Wii Fit that gives them a good workout. My daughter is sick today so the gym is out of the question today. I will be dusting off the Wii Fit and do an exercise video today, but I'm just curious what other people do on the Wii Fit that does burn calories.

Calories burned?
How accurate would you say the calories burned are for cardio? I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes on the treadmill and it says I burned approx. 500 calories. Does this seem about right to you? I'm just worried about eating that many extra calories to make up for the exercise. Thanks!
