I have been eating this non-stop for a few weeks now and I love it.

1 low carb tortilla
1 wedge of laughing cow cheese
1/4 cup black beans
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup of egg beaters
3 slices of turkey bacon or canandian bacon or ham

sautee onion in a pan with non-stick spray
add meat and black beans
add egg beaters
microwave tortilla for 20 seconds
spread Laughing cow cheese
add egg mixture
top with salsa

Soooo yummy

About 230 calories

I've also been loving carmel corn rice cakes topped with peanut butter, around 130 calories

Anyone else care to share their favorites?

    oh i love corn cakes but i have the plain ones which are wheat and gluten free for my lunch with a topping (tuna,chicken etc...) i find them really filling and really low calories

    ive gotten to love lately for my dinners:

    2 slices of brown toast with egg whites scrambled and turkey rashers (little btit of brown sauce) so tasty and really fills you and has really low calories as there is hardly anything in egg whites sometimes i use the weight watchers wraps instead of brown bread

    i also love a stir fry with chicken turkey rashers brocilli spinach mushrooms beansprouts and sweet chilli sauce yummy...oh im getting hungry just thinking about it :o)
