i cant stay on track!!!!!!!!
i have been dieting on and off for pretty much my entire life....i have never been able to hit any of my goals. i start off good but i last for 2 or 3 weeks and then i just eat all the junk food i see....and not in moderation at all. what can i doo to keep myself motivated and keep on track??? any tricks???

I am constantly going over my protein. I mean wayyyyy over....like 20g or more a day. i dont really eat any red meat so it is mostly from chicken and fish or occasionally turkey. and it doesnt seem to me like i am eating an over abundance to be going that far over.......is this really that bad?? or should i cut down??

i just bought the shakes...detox and cleanse...and jumpstart....i bought them mainly beacause i have wanted to try them for a while and they were on clearance lol....has anyone ever tried them?? should i get the extreme burn supps too??? just would like some input before i start them
