protein

I am constantly going over my protein. I mean wayyyyy over....like 20g or more a day. i dont really eat any red meat so it is mostly from chicken and fish or occasionally turkey. and it doesnt seem to me like i am eating an over abundance to be going that far over.......is this really that bad?? or should i cut down??

    imo...MFP loves carbs and only likes protein a little.

    MFP sets your carbs high and your protein low. WHY? who knows...some guideline somewhere I imagine.

    set your own goals with your carbs,fats and protein.

    its way ok to go over MFP's protein limit.
