i have a friend exactly like that....she always tries to out do anythin that i say or do. and shes a "know-it-all" on top of it. i began realizing that is was just too much effort to be her friend....so i haven't talked to her in months.

tilapia and halibut ....thay are the best. i do love most fish and seafood. but these are the best texture wise. baked with salt free garlic pepper or any other seasoning u like. also u can add hot sauce ..covers up some of the flavor and is delicious =)

i LOVE brussel sprouts....boiled with fat free spray butter. AMAZING :smile: but i love almost all veggies...so that could be why haha except for cooked spinach.i love it raw in salad...but i cannot make myself like it cooked ...weird

i use the sugar free coffee mate ....its only 45 calories for 2tbsp. and then i use stevia instead of sugar

my goal pant size is an 8. i really do not waant to be any smaller but we will see if that changes once i get there. and also i want to be able to wear a bikini for the first time EVER. the smallest i ever remember being is an 11....that is just not small enough for a bikini =/....oh wait i was a 9 when i was 9 months…

i dont really watch my carbs....i watch calories. BUT i do know that when my mom was diagnosed with celiac, she quit eating high carb foods and lost a ton of weight. so i suppose it depends

My biceps are outta control huge. my son was 40 lbs at the age of 2 so i had no choice but to lift him. he is 4 now and is 60 lbs ....and still wants picked up at least 5 times a day. *mamas boy* if i could only work my tris by lifting him that would be great lol

i am 5'3 and my goal is 140. i dont want to be "skinny" at all.i want to still have a curvy figure. And i have the biggest hips ever so it just wouldnt look right to be too small. my goal is to lose the gut and "backfat" lol and tone up A LOT.

it seemed low when i first signed up with mfp...until i realized i was only eating about 900 to begin with. of course it was 900 calories of junk.....but it was actually kind of hard to eat 1200 calories of "healthy" food for me. but if you stay under 1500 calories u will lose weight =)

good thing i despise hamburger ....ick =/ BUT if they were chicken burgers i would eat that entire box....and maybe minus the apple turnover....gross .....but that is really cheap for all that food!

Chromium helps to speed metabolism. but honestly ...and not to sound mean...the bigger you are the easier it is to lose weight in the beginning. you can do the same amount of cardio as a "skinny" person and burn twice as many calories because your body is working harder. also i have tried the acai berry and colon cleanse…

yea thats what it says for the cleanse and detox thing...i was hoping it would just give me a little boost in the weight loss since i decided to quit taking my previous ( not so healthy) diet pills. the ECA stack....def gives u energy but soooo not healthy, unless u want to have a heart attack lol thanks for ur opinion =)

reebok runtones....i LOVE them....i have easy tones also...the most comfortable shoes i have ever had....the also have train tones...havnt tried them yet tho....like the runtones best
