so, conclusion is - exercise doesn't make you lose weight - only eating less calories does. Weight loss pills don't really work. Exercise is good for your health. Perhaps those of us wanting to lose weight should ditch the gym membership and opt for gentle walking and stick to whatever diet plan works for us.

Wouldn't it be good if we could sort our RECENT list into alphabetical order. Most of my brands are the same and if I haven't had something for a while I have four pages of recent list to go through each time. 500 calories left - what would you eat ?
I usually get up later on my fasting days so I have less hours to fit 1000 calories in. Got up at 7am today to attend my first Open University tutorial - I now have 10 hours until bedtime to eat the remaining 500 calories - what would you choose to stretch those calories out ?
