Running with Side Aches?!
I have been running for a little less than a year now, but I seem to get side aches quite a bit that are pretty painful. I push through for awhile, but often end up having to stop my run early because of the pain. Any ideas why I am getting these side aches?

Favorite snack?

Strong Legs
My calves look huge to me, but they are hard as a rock. Is it ok for women to have big muscles in their calves?! I haven't been lifting any weights, but I do a ton of cardio.

Need Arm Strength
I have very strong legs, however, my arm are a bit weak. I would love to be able to do a pull-up but right now I can barely pull my weight up. I know I can do pushups to strengthen my arms, but what other exercises can I do?

Can't Do a Full Sit-Up
I cannot do a sit-up. I have tried and tried and I can come up only halfway unless someone has their hands on my feet.
