Breastfeeding Burns Calories

It definitely counts because you need to consume more calories to account for the energy expended in producing milk for your baby.0

You gotta make sure you eat those back. If you are too low your body will slow down milk production and then it will take what it needs like calcium from your body. Oatmeal is suppose to be good for milk production, I know I ate a lot of it when I was breastfeeding.0

just make sure you up your exercise when you quit breastfeeding so you will keep your weight as low as it is going to get. I went from 160 after birth to 126 6 month later from breast feeding. That was a long time ago- too bad I ate it back0
