Fitness with broken foot
I broke my foot less two weeks ago. I was a very active person prior, now I fear that little to no activity is gonna leave me with a weight issue. I am trying to watch what I eat. Does anyone know any good exercises I can do? Maybe core exercises that I don't have to put pressure on my foot? Suggestions are appreciated.

Insanity workout.. too insane?
I have done this work out a handful of times. I have to stop every 3 min and take a min break. I feel so out of shape doing this workout! I know it is called INSANITY, but does it get easier?
