Fitness with broken foot

I broke my foot less two weeks ago. I was a very active person prior, now I fear that little to no activity is gonna leave me with a weight issue. I am trying to watch what I eat. Does anyone know any good exercises I can do? Maybe core exercises that I don't have to put pressure on my foot? Suggestions are appreciated.

    Chair cardio and chair resistance workout routines. Youtube is a good resource.

    I have tendinosis in my Achilles heel & have been doing modified yoga, pilates & strength training using my upper body & ab work. I Youtube routines & modify them if there's something I can't do. Mostly, I've been eating less, since I'm not working out as much. Good luck!
