Just wanting some advice, been on 1900 calories per day, according to mfp to lose weight , not losing at all.Should i lower calories ? Or any other suggestions wecomed.

where to start on a low carb diet
looking at starting a low carb diet,not certain where to start and what to eat , prefer no dairy or no cheese or yogurt type stuff, do you change carb % in mfp ? Any info will do

How many carbs should i eat.Looking to tweak diet plan a bit,carb intake seems to be set high by MFP 238 grams,where as other online info says between 167 and 198 gs any ideas as not losing much weight. Thanks

Can not seem to lose any weight, 2 body pump classes per week plus 2 body combat sessions,eating approx 2000 net calorie a day any ideas how to increase weight loss or at least give me a kick up the bottom
