Set your goals how you want them, then find foods to help you get to your goals. Pre-logging can help see what will put you at your goal (and what puts you over). Be sure to look for entries that make sense since some user entries are off.0 -

You can use this script to add a netcarbs column in MFP
https://github.com/Surye/mfp-keto-userscript
You have to have Fat, Protein, Carbs, and Fiber as columns already.
Keep in mind, some users input foods to the database using net carbs and fiber rather than carbs and fiber.
If you select an option like the former, some entries will actually be negative carbs (which is of course not true) because the script will deduct fiber from net carb entries. Just avoid those entries. As well as entries where people did not put in carbs to begin with (because that was not important to them)0 -

@spll50 one thing that just popped up on the link mentioned by @christinev297 was a list of 13 mistakes common when doing very low carb diets <50 grams of carbs daily. Even if you are eating more like 100+ grams of carbs daily you will find other MFP members there doing the same.
