Can not seem to lose any weight, 2 body pump classes per week plus 2 body combat sessions,eating approx 2000 net calorie a day any ideas how to increase weight loss or at least give me a kick up the bottom

    So you're exercising, and just eating approximately a random amount of calories?

    Weight loss is about calorie deficit, calories in vs. calories out. If you're not losing weight, you're eating too much.

    Did you put in your stats? Is 2000 (or more) what the MFP app gave you to lose (how many?) pounds per week? Are you using a food scale and weighing everything? Weight is lost in the kitchen. Exercise is good for your fitness level and your heart, but you really need to watch calories to lose. Promise it will work.

    weight loss is all about calories in vs calories out (CICO), so if you are not losing you are not in a calorie deficit.

    Do you owns food scale?

    Weight loss comes from a caloric deficit. Exercise helps the deficit.
