The calories will be on the nutritional information on the package.1

I don't know about slimming world specifically, but I buy frozen meals for lunch for work when I am getting tired of sandwiches. I would guess the slimming world ones are probably more expensive, buying whatever is a good deal at your supermarket should work just as well. I like many of the lean cuisine options which are pretty well priced at my walmart and we have safeway where I live, their eating right brand has many great meals and is definitely a price performer.1

I prefer asda high protein ready meals.
As with all foods check the nutritional info before you buy to see how many calories are in it and weather its going to fit your calories/goals for the day0
