Anyone doing a T25/ Chalean Extreme Hybrid
I'm still enjoying T25 ( I'm on 3rd week) but feel I want to do more arm stuff so am thinking of doing CE too. Has anyone else found this successful and if so, what hybrid do you do ?

Starting T25 this weekend- 23 November
Hoping package will arrive as scheduled today. Anybody join me. I've not got the best record for continuing with programmes so I'd love to be able to do it with a group. I'm very unfit and 48 so definitely will be doing the easier modifications!

Anybody NOT like T25?
I'm thinking about getting it and have read lots of good things about it but am wondering if there is anyone who didn't like it. I'm worried that lots of the positive posts are from BB coaches and so want to get a full picture before I invest.

Non-diet: stop when you're full, eat only when hungry etc
I've read a number of books on the psychology of diets that say counting calories only leads to binging and feelings of low self esteem. This is true for me but not sure if I can lose weight by using this other method. There are lots of books like this- Paul McKenna, Eating Less by Gillian Riley etc. I'd be really…

Looking for someone to message daily
Hi. It's great to have lots of MFP friends but really want someone who I can check with daily by message, so we can check diaries, nag each other to exercise and generally encourage each other. I'm 48, live in Scotland and am about to re-start C25k and Chalean Extreme. I have about a stone to lose.

gym machines vs free weights
I looked round a gym yesterday and said I was interested in using free weights, as I've read so much about Stronglifts, Starting Strength and NROLFW. However, when I went for my induction today with a different instructor, he said he wanted me to use the machines first to gain strength and then progress to free weights. Is…

Gyms in USA vs UK- support given?
Just interested in this: I read a lot about people from the USA who say they have joined a gym but don't know what to do. I've been to a number of gyms in the UK and they ALL offer free induction with a training plan which is regularly reviewed. Am I,just lucky or is this different to the US?

Horizon 'monitor me' TV documentary and Fitbit
Did anyone else in the UK see this. It was about use of technology to monitor various aspects of health and fitness. It was interesting that two scientists in this field use Fitbit to monitor activity- not a Bodymediafit.
