So I'm fully aware of what i should and shouldn't be eating but i can't seem to get my brain to work with me. I can talk myself out of anything!! Lower my calorie allowance?
Hi, I've been monitoring my calories on here and inputting everything I eat. I'm eating good clean good and I'm exercising more. I've selected 1.5lb loss per week and I'm about 6 stone over weight. I'm not really seeing results and wonder should I lower my calorie goal set by MFP?

Advice. Cardio v weights
I've started to do more weights at the gym with a little cardio at the start and middle of my session (I.e. 5 mins sprints on rower). Is this a good way to loose weight/inches? pushing a pram
Hi, I try to walk fairly regularly for about 20-30 minutes a day and its pushing my son in his pushchair. Do you think this burns more calories? I normally walk about 2.5mph. cheers
