Last check in. Back was giving me problems last week, so it was a wash. Will resume tonight with the yoga and move into it slowly.

183.0 Lots of NSV this time around with working out and getting back into shape. My diet has been good, but mixing in kettebells has increased my appetite and calorie intake. That isn't a bad thing. I will get my bodyfat checked in a couple weeks.

2/29/2016 Check in.
Happy Leap Year. 182.4. Stuck at a plateau. The workouts were good this past week, but the eating could have been better. We will see how the next week goes.

No workout today, but ate well. The plan tomorrow is to work a bit later, so that I can go straight to the Yoga studio (stopping at home isn't a good idea). I will be mixing in some kettlebells next week.

182.4. I might be plateauing. I've also started resistance exercises (kettlebells) two weeks ago, so I might be gaining back some lean muscle mass which is a good thing. We will see how it looks next week. The food choices have been good.

181.6 Good week and I started resistance type workouts back up (kettlebells). Things seem to be on track. I hope to hear from other people.

182.8 Bit of a plateau, but another good week. Going to a KB class tonight and will try to mix that in with my Yoga practice. I plan on using very light weights to test my back.

182.8 this morning. Another good week. I am trying to go to the Yoga classes as much as possible.

184.6. Another good week. The new schedule of working, going straight to the yoga studio (instead of going home and sitting on the couch) is working. My lower back is doing better. Once I hit 180; I will be starting the kettlebell workouts back up to maintain lean muscle mass.

188.4. Lower than I thought, but I had a hot yoga class last night, so I'm probably a bit dehydrated. My goal is to get down to 180; which seems to be a comfortable weight for me.
