Low results for four weeks, looking for general advice

It has to be mostly water, but six pounds up just following my TDEE -20%, per Scooby's webpage? I am logging everything, I am measuring portions, and every day like clockwork I am up another pound. What gives?

Heavy lifting with range of motion limitations?
I am ready to start heavy lifting but I'm a little concerned because I have a right shoulder and right knee that are not 100% for full range of motion. What's the safest way to approach heavy lifting? Full parallel squats are not going to happen for me right now. Thanks,
