I am going to keep myself accountable i am going to come here and update you guy at least 4 times a week. So day 1 I did 15 minutes at 1% incline at 2.5mph. So anyone know a lot about working out this is for you,. I am attempting to get fit and not sure how to start so need someone to take my hand so to speak and walk me through some kind of plan, I have a treadmill and weightless dad's and work between 9-10 hrs a day. Thanks
