Keeping Myself Accountable

I am going to keep myself accountable i am going to come here and update you guy at least 4 times a week.

So day 1 I did 15 minutes at 1% incline at 2.5mph.
Then I did 30 minutes at 1% incline at 1 mph-im not sure what to put that as because the walking option doesnt have 1mph what do you guys suggest?, and when i do the biggest loser dvds would that be considered under aerobics or the calisetics?
