So MFP have put me on a 1200 cal diet to lose a stone. When I go to the gym, normally 5/6 days a week I burn 500-600 calories so eat back half of those. Loosing inches but not weight
Hi all, Just wanted to ask if this was a myth or true- if you are working out and building muscle will you not really lose weight but just tone up?
