Activity level question?

Ok so I took voluntary redundancy 3 months ago from my desk job so my activity level on here has been set to sedentary (not very active). Anyway, I've decided to start my own cleaning business so for now I'm doing a lot of the cleaning myself as its just cleaning a few houses for now until my commercial contracts start when I'll hire staff. I've just got back from my first job and boy do I feel like I've worked out! Nearly 5 hours of non stop cleaning and I was FLYING around making sure I kept to schedule so feel like I've worked HARD. Should I account for this extra activity and how considering the work isn't regular yet? Do I:
a) up my activity level
b) log it as exercise
c) just leave it as I am and hope it means I'll lose a little more and quicker?

Hmm, tough because it isn't regular yet. Sounds like Moderate, but you're not doing it 5 days a week. I'd try Lightly Active for now and adjust if your weight loss over time doesn't fit that.

I'd stay at sedentary and log half the time as cleaning on the days you do it, and eat back them calories.

Watch the scale for 4-6 weeks and tweak as necessary
