Scale not moving
Ok I need help!!! I've been working out daily, burning over 500 each time. I use the fitbit charge HR to count my steps and my daily calorie burn, i'm eating low fat, 3 meals, 3 snacks. drink water and don't eat after 6pm most of the time and the scale is not moving!!!! 5 years ago when I was 46 years old I lost 50 pounds…

Does anyone else use the LifeTrak HRM? If so i'm just wondering why my step counter doesn't work unless its in Workout mode.........do I have to put it in workout mode in order for it to work? I thought it would just calculate your steps right after you put it on??

Fitbit Accuracy
So, I have my fitbit for a week and what i've found out is this.........I wore the fitbit and my Polar HRM at the same time.......difference in calories burned.....Polar HRM..over 600, Fitbit over 400........bit difference, Now tonight I went to an hour long Zumba class, a class that I know I burn at least 650 calories…
