Ok, I admit it, I need help. Two years ago I lost 50 lbs........then I got lazy again and gained some back. I'm now trying to lose it again and more, but this time it doesn't want to leave. I've been exercising daily, eating right. Everyday i'm under my goal and it says i'll be a certain weight in 5 weeks, but yet, the scale isn't going down.................Any suggestions???? I'm getting very discouraged.
