Happy Veterans Day, everyone! Well, I thought I'd finish off today, but I'm now at 59.93 miles!! Urgh! So, .07 miles to walk on Tuesday to get to my goal of 60 miles in 30 days.

Do you eat back walking calories?
Do any of you eat back your walking calories? I was at the beginning because, well, it was a struggle for me to even walk a few blocks without getting breathy. But, now that I'm able to walk a mile or two with no problem, I feel a bit guilty about logging, since I barely get my heart rate up (unless I walk really fast).…

4.2 miles today. My best day so far! It was easier than I thought. Instead of doing it all at once, I divided it up into about 3 or 4 walks. So...I have 6 more miles to go to reach 60.

Just one mile today. Ugh, I hate the fact that it gets dark so early....soon as I got home from work, it was already too late to walk. Anyway, 10 more miles for me by Tuesday!

Well, I'm up to 323 minutes of total exercise after the first week of the challenge! My goal for the week was 360.
