Wii exercise games...which one is the best?
I have the wii fit and the board...but it's getting a little old.....I'm not a huge yoga fan. Any ideas for different games that burn a ton of calories? Question about calorie burning
It's not on the list of exercises, but what is the amount of calories for sexual activity?!! Now that I'm losing more weight, I am more willing and find it much more enjoyable, so am curious to know how to log this vigorous effort!!! :tongue:

skin moisturizers
Hey living in Northern Michigan, and it is really dry here with the winter thing going on. At this point I don't even care how much it costs, but does anybody know of any good moisturizers or services to get some not so dry skin? I'm just tired....I could bathe in oil, and it still wouldn't keep me moisturized! Thanks!
