improvents in blood suger post weight loss
I'm just curious if there is anyone here who had was pre-diabetic or was fully type 2 diabetic before weight loss and if your condition improved or changed post weight loss. There seems to be general acceptance that as little as 10% change in weight can improve those conditions . I'd like ti here how that may have worked…

If your a middle aged guy trying to loose, I'm curious what your daily caloric target is? Also your current height, weight and exercise level. For reference I'm male, 51, 5'5", 170 lbs, light activity level and I'm curios what other members, similar to myself, are using for a daily calorie target and how is it working.

plateau + slight creep back in pounds
I've been stuck in the low 170's ( 171 to 173 range) for 3 weeks now. Slight increase in the last two weeks up to 173 ;-( I'm trying figure out if need to lower my daily target to 1200 or even less.
